How to configure the Queue Buffer on an Interface on Huawei S2300 switch?

The huawei ls-s2309tp-ei-ac series switches are new generation Ethernet intelligent access switches. 

Step 1 Run:

system-view

The system view is displayed.

Step 2 Run:

interface interface-type interface-number

The interface view is displayed.

Step 3 Run:

shutdown

The interface is shut down.

Step 4 Run:

qos queue queue-index max-length packet-number

The buffer size of the queue on the interface is set.

Step 5 Run:

undo shutdown

The interface is restarted.

NOTE:

Before modifying the queue length on an interface, run the shutdown command to shut down the interface, and then run the undo shutdown command to enable the interface; otherwise, the configuration does not take effect.
